Cardio Cross-Training Circuit
Spice up your workouts and burn fat in only 30 minutes.

Are you ready to banish boredom in the gym and burn fat in little time? If you said yes, then this is the perfect workout for you! Cardio cross-training circuit is putting all your cardio activities into one workout. Your circuit can consist of as many cardio activities as you’d like. For instance, if you want to do a 30-minute workout and are using five activities, you’ll be doing each activity for six minutes. We provide a cardio bank of different activities along with seven sample workouts!
