Are you ready to banish boredom in the gym and burn fat in little time? If you said yes, then this is the perfect workout for you! Cardio cross-training circuit is putting all your cardio activities into one workout. Your circuit can consist of as many cardio activities as you’d like. For instance, if you want to do a 30-minute workout and are using five activities, you’ll be doing each activity for six minutes.
