The Q & A area of this Web site was created to post information in response to frequent customer inquiries which apply to a wide variety of people. The Muscle Media staff is dedicated to customer service and to that end, we add new material to this ever-expanding database each time we post a new issue of Muscle Media, which is ten times per year. As you’ll see, there are five main categories of questions and answers, with subcategories under each.
